HOW TO ORDER

- SUBMIT AN ORDER REQUEST
Complete the online order-request form with your event date, theme, colors, treat selections, quantity, and any special design details. Inspiration photos are always helpful!
- REVIEW AND QUOTE
After your request is reviewed, I will contact you to discuss availability and order details. You will then receive a final quote based on your selections, quantity, theme, and level of design detail.
- RESERVE YOUR DATE
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Submitting an order form does not guarantee availability, and your order is not confirmed until the details are approved and the required deposit is received.
- FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due seven days before pickup or event setup.
- ENJOY YOUR SWEET CELEBRATION
Treat packages are available for pickup only. Delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee based on location and availability. Candy-table services include styling, setup, and teardown. Final pickup or setup information will be provided with your confirmed order details.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Please submit your request as early as possible, especially for large orders, detailed themes, and candy tables. Orders requested fewer than five days before the event are subject to availability and a 15% rush fee.
DO YOU ACCEPT LAST-MINUTE ORDERS?
Last-minute orders may be accepted depending on availability and the requested design. Orders placed fewer than five days before the event are subject to a 15% rush fee.
ARE THE PRICES SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE FINAL?
The prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the selected treats, quantity, colors, theme, design details, packaging, and add-ons.
CAN I SELECT MORE THAN ONE FLAVOR?
Flavors are selected by the dozen. Each dozen must be the same flavor, but a different flavor may be selected for each additional dozen ordered.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY TREATS?
Yes! Colors, themes, and design details can be coordinated with your celebration. Detailed designs, characters, custom names, specialty décor, and premium finishes may require an additional charge.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OR SHIPPING?
Treat orders are available for pickup in San Antonio, Texas. The exact pickup address and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed. Delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee based on location and availability. Candy-table services include styling, setup, and teardown. Service details will be confirmed with your final quote.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A CANDY TABLE?
Candy tables include coordinated candy selections, serving jars, scoops, table covering, candy bags, styling, setup, and teardown. The number of candy choices and level of décor depend on the selected package.
CAN I ADD CUSTOM TREATS TO A CANDY TABLE?
Yes. Cake pops, cakesicles, mini treats, premium gold-themed treats, custom names, and character-themed designs may be added for an additional charge.
WHAT IF I OR A GUEST HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?
Please include all allergy information on the order-request form. Products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, so cross-contact cannot be guaranteed to be prevented.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY TREATS?
Keep treats in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Detailed care instructions will be provided with your order.
WHEN IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?
Your order or event date is confirmed only after the details are approved and the required 50% nonrefundable deposit is received.
